褐煤作为固相反硝化碳源去除地下水硝酸盐污染的效能研究

摘要:选取内蒙古平庄、黑龙江三季屯和山东龙口三种褐煤作为生物固相反硝化碳源,进行修复地下水硝酸盐污染的试验研究。试验以所选取的褐煤作为培养基质,培养驯化适合以褐煤为营养的反硝化菌种,再将此菌种富集转接到褐煤中进行反硝化效能试验。试验考查了褐煤的释碳性能和反硝化去除效率。试验结果表明,褐煤作为固相反硝化碳源能够快速有效地去除硝酸盐污染,因其本身的特性,作为固相反硝化碳源具有良好的发展前景。

Useing lignite as carbon source for solid phase denitrification of nitrate polluted groundwater
Abstract:The experimental study of treating nitrate pollution of the ground water was carried on with the three kinds of lignite. The producing area of the using lignite is the Inner Mongolian Pingzhuang, Heilongjiang San Ji Tun and the Shandong Longkou respectively. The denitrification strains was cultured and tamed in lignite culture medium in order to select the strains which can use the nutrient in the lignite. The denitrification experiment was carried on by this kind of denitrification strains. The experiment examined the performance of the releasing carbon of lignite and the denitrification elimination efficiency. The experimentat result indicated that the lignite can remove the nitrate pollution effectively as the organic carbon sources. The lignite has good prospects for development as the solid phase denitrification carbon sources because of its characteristic.
