大景深系统多项式相位模板的优化设计

摘要:基于波前编码大景深成像系统的立方相位模板,提出了一种新的奇对称多项式相位模板。并根据不同离焦MTF和聚焦MTF之间的希尔伯特空间角度积分,以及离焦MTF与理想MTF的差值平方积分两个优化目标函数,对相位模板进行了最优化设计,得到了多项式相位优化模板。模板所对应的系统不仅具有较好离焦不变特性的大景深,而且其MTF在较大频率范围内可以达到立方相位模板对应系统的MTF值的1.5~2倍,更利于提高成像的信噪比。

Optimization design of polynomial phase plate for extended depth of field imaging systems
Abstract:An odd symmetry polynomial phase plate was proposed based on the cubic phase plate of the wavefront coding imaging system with extended depth of field. The phase plate was optimized from two target functions: the integration of the Hilbert angles between different defocused MTFs and the focused MTF, and the integration of the difference square between defocused MTFs and the ideal triangle MTF. Then the polynomial optimized phase plate was obtained. The system using the plate has a larger depth of filed with good defocused-invariance quality, especially it improves the images' signal to noise ratio because its MTF is 1.5~2 times of the MTF of the wave-front coding imaging system in a wide space frequency range.
