FX总机厂装配线平衡问题研究

摘要:装配线是人和机器的有效组合,最充分体现设备的灵活性,是当今制造业中广泛采用的一种制造系统。而装配线的平衡问题是装配线的设计与管理中的一个很重要的问题,因为装配线的平衡与否直接影响到制造系统的生产效率。在实际应用中,求解装配线平衡的问题,一般采用启发式算法。在FX总机厂齿轮泵装配线进行平衡时采用了启发式算法中的最大候选原则发。分析其现有装配线存在的问题,指出产生这些问题的原因是由于装配线不平衡。通过计算装配线平衡的参数,评价现有装配线的平衡效果。最后,分别利用最大候选原则算法来重新组织工作地,进行装配线平衡。最后评价平衡后的效果。

Assembly line balancing problems research on FX general factory
Abstract:Assembly line is an effective combination of man and machine,most fully embodies the flexibility of equipment,which is widely used in today's manufacturing industry as a manufacturing system. The balance of assembly line is a key point to assembly line's design and management, which will directly affect the productivity of manufacturing system. In practice, the Heuristic algorithm is often used on the assembly line balance. In this paper the principle of maximum candidate of the Heuristic algorithm were used to solve the problem of Fuxin General Factory gear pump assembly line. This paper analyzes the existing problem in assembly line and points out that the assembly line imbalance produces these problems. By calculating the parameters of the assembly line balance, this paper evaluates the balance effect exists in assembly line. At last, the principle of maximum candidate is used to re-organize the workplace of assembly line balance, and evaluates the effect of the balance.
