基于虚拟样机的钢丝绳虚拟疲劳实验研究

摘要:应用虚拟样机技术对钢丝绳进行虚拟疲劳寿命预测。通过对钢丝绳实际工况进行分析计算,获得其承受交变载荷的历程。将疲劳载荷历程数据简化,应用于钢丝绳虚拟样机模型进行虚拟疲劳分析,快速预测出其疲劳循环次数。通过对疲劳寿命试验值与实际值的对比分析,指出虚拟疲劳试验技术是可行的,并且对钢丝绳设计和选用提供了有效指导。

Virtual fatigue experiental study of the wire rope based on virtual prototype technology
Abstract:The virtual Prototyping technology is applied to predict the fatigue life of wire rope. Alternating load progress is obtained, by analysing and calculating the actual working condition of wire rope. The fatigue load process data is simplified, and applied on the virtual prototype models of wire rope to analysis its fatigue behaviour, and quickly predict the fatigue cycle times. The experimental technology of virtual fatigue is feasible, by comparing experimental result of virtual fatigue life and actual result.It provides effective guidance on designing and selecting wire rope.
