金属催化水解1,3,5-三嗪环的研究

摘要:在温度90-130 C下,金属离子存在情况下考察了三嗪衍生物2-羟基-4,6-二(4-吡啶基)-1,3,5-三嗪(4-HOBPT)和2-羟基-4,6-二(3-吡啶基)-1,3,5-三嗪(3-HOBPT)的水解反应,结果表明,金属离子对该类化合物有明显的催化水解作用,其促进水解的顺序为Cu(II)>Zn(II)>Fe(II)>Co(II)≈Ni(II)。在100 C时, 铜离子存在下,可将吡啶基三嗪类衍生物完全水解,生成羧酸吡啶。同时,讨论了金属离子的催化水解机理。

Hydrolysis reaction of 1,3,5-triazine in the presence of metal ions
Abstract:The hydrolysis reaction of 1,3,5-troazine derivatives, such as 4,6-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazin-2-ol (4-HOBPT) and 4,6-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazin-2-ol (3-HOBPT), have been investigated in the presence of metal ions at the temperature of 90~130 C. The hydrolysis reaction is significantly promoted by metal ions, the order is Cu(II)>Zn(II)>Fe(II)>Co(II)≈Ni(II). 1,3,5-Triazine derivatives can react with H2O and then turn to pyridiyl-carboxylate in the presence of Cu(II) ion at 100 C. The hydrolysis mechanism was also discussed.
