一种1G到10G可变速率光收发模块的方法和实践研究

摘要:本文提出了一种1G到10G可变速率光收发模块的方法,小型化可热插拔光收发模块又称MINI-GBIC模块,是继标准化的可热插拔光模块GBIC之后的第二代产品。SFP技术的出现与发展,是光网络接口技术上的一项创新。它采用先进的精密光学及电路集成工艺制作,尺寸只有普通双工SC(1×9)型光收发模块的一半。SFP模块还支持热插拔功能,即无需切断电源,模块即可以与设备连接或断开。SFP光收发器服从光纤通道,同时服从SFP MSA和SFF-8472协议。

Multirate,Application and Research of 1Gbps to 10Gbps Transceiver
Abstract:In this paper,Multirate,Application of 1Gbps to 10Gbps Transceiver was proposed, Small Form-factor Pluggable(SFP)Optical Transceiver is also called MINI-GBIC module and is the second generation product after the standardized pluggable optical module GBIC The appearance and development of SFP technology is an innovation of optical network interface technology.It's fabricated by the advanced precision optics and circuit integration technics,and its dimension is half of common duplex SC(1×9)optical transceiver.The SFP module also supports pluggable function which means the module can be connected or disconnected to the equipment without cutting off the power supply.The SFP optica transceiver complies with Fiber Channel as well as SFP MSA and SFF-8472 documents.
