基于polyflow的轮胎胶料挤出成型的数值计算

摘要:针对轮胎胶料挤出过程中工艺参数的控制过多依赖经验,缺乏理论指导,常常造成试制周期时间长,不能满足现代发展的需求。本文利用计算流体力学软件polyflow,对一种典型的轮胎胶料-胎面胶的挤出过程进行模拟计算,从而分析出挤出过程中工艺参数对挤出物形状的影响。本文主要研究牵引速度对挤出物挤出质量的影响,从而在实际生产过程中,指导设定橡胶胶料挤出的牵引速度。

Numerical simulation of rubber extrusion based on polyflow
Abstract:How to set the process parameters during the rubber extrusion is excessively dependable on experiences, which is lack of theoretical guidance. The situation induces much time wasting on the testing time, and cannot satisfy the need of modern development. the extrusion process of a typical of rubber called the tread rubber is simulated using a CFD software named polyflow, the results show the process parameters influence the sectional shape of products, which can help to fix the relationship between process parameters and the sectional shape of products, the influence between the extension velocity and the sectional shape of products is focused studied in the paper, and the conclusion results in setting the reasonable extension velocity during the rubber extrusion.
