锂电池废料中Mn的回收研究

摘要:采用水洗、酸洗、碱洗、热处理等方法对样品进行处理,然后对处理好的样品进行X射线衍射测试与X射线荧光测试。分析得知样品中最主要的物质是Mn(OH)4和K2-xMn8O16,主要的杂质元素是S元素和K元素。经过水洗处理能有效的除去杂质元素S,对K的去除效果并不理想。经过酸洗结合水洗后物质的结构没有变化。经过热处理结合酸洗、碱洗、水洗处理后, Mn(OH)4发生分解生成了MnO2, K2-xMn8O16未发生变化。

Waste recover research of Mn from Lithium battery
Abstract:This article introduces three methods of how to deal with the waste .The first is washing by water. The second is washing by nitric acid and water. The third is washing by nitric acid and sodium hydroxide and water after heat treatment. Then make an x-ray diffraction test and an x-ray fluorescence test for the samples. Then make an analysis of the text data.Through the analysis we know that the most of the waste are Mn(OH)4 and K2-xMn8O16, The main impurity elements are S elements and K elements. We can effectively remove the impurity element S after washing by water, while the removal of K is not satisfactory. The material structure of the waste does not changed after washing by nitric acid and water. The Mn(OH)4 decomposes to MnO2 after washing by nitric acid and sodium hydroxide and water after heat treatment, while the K2-xMn8O16 is unchanged.
