甜瓜属REMAP分子标记系统的建立和应用

摘要:基于甜瓜属Ty1-copia类逆转座子的长末端重复序列信息,结合ISSR引物序列,在体系优化的基础上,建立了适用于甜瓜属物种的REMAP(Retrotransposon-microsatellite Amplified Polymorphism)标记系统。进一步对46份甜瓜属不同生态型材料进行聚类分析,发现该标记系统能有效检测甜瓜属不同类型材料间的多态性,说明该REMAP标记系统可成为甜瓜属品种鉴定及指纹图谱构建的新方法。

The Development and Application of REMAP Molecular Marker Technique in Cucumis
Abstract:REMAP (retrotransposon-microsatellite amplified polymorphism) marker system was developed based on the long terminal repeat (LTR) sequence of Ty1-copia retrotransposon in Cucumis, and combined with the primers of ISSR. It was employed for phylogenetic analysis with 46 different materials in Cucumis. The results indicated that this new marker system can detect polymorphism among different material, and can be used for variety identification and fingerprint.
