摘要:大规模生产系统(如船舶或飞机制造业)需要在生产过程中储存和搬运笨重且庞大的零部件。在适当的时间用适当的设备将这些零部件放置在适当的存储地点,将决定存储区的利用效率和生产进度。这种问题通常称为空间调度问题。论文对一类零部件形状不规则的空间调度问题进行了描述和建模,并给出了一种启发式算法。经过大规模实际企业数据的验证,该启发式算法显示了较好的效率与效益。

Spatial scheduling algorithm for large-scale manufacturing systems
Abstract:In large-scale manufacturing systems (such as shipbuilding and aircraft building), heavy and large parts need to be stored and moved during manufacturing processes. It is important for maximizing utilization of the stock area and maintaining production control that these parts are moved to the right locations at the right times using the right equipments. This kind of problem is often called the spatial scheduling problem. The paper describes and models the spatial scheduling problem of irregularly-shaped parts, and proposes a heuristic algorithm. This algorithm yields high efficiency and effectiveness, testified by actual data from a large-scale manufacturing system.
