步态识别在生物医学康复领域的研究进展

摘要:步态识别是目前生物特征识别研究的热点之一,在身份识别、临床康复、计算机辅助诊断和仿人机器人等领域具有广泛的应用前景。由于步态数据的高维、时间依赖、高可变性和非线性使得定量的步态分析极具挑战。在分析国内外生物医学康复领域近年来步态识别研究现状的基础上,对其涉及的信息感知、特征提取和模式分类等问题及典型方法进行了阐述和分析。对四种常用步态感知方式、三种特征提取算法及多层感知机、决策树、支持向量机和贝叶斯网络等四种典型的模式分类方法进行了分析与评价。同时,对延时输入方法进行了剖析。最后对定量的步态识别研究的发展进行了讨论。

Research process of gait recognition in biomedical rahablitation
Abstract:Gait recognition is one of the research hotspots in current biometrics, which has an extensive application perspect in identification, clinical rehabilitation, computer assisted diagnose and humanoid robotics. The analysis of quantitative gait has traditionally been a challenging endeavour for high-dimensionality, temporal dependence, high variability and nonlinear relationship of multivariate gait data. Through a critical survey of recent gait recognition studies in biomedical rehabilitation, technological status and research achievements were summarized.
