一个特殊的不完全涩柿新种质的鉴定

摘要:‘华柿1号’具果实大、产量高,且着生大量雄花等特点,具有重要的育种价值,但其起源及其脱涩特性尚不明确。本研究通过果实可溶性单宁含量和单宁细胞大小测定,以及基于IRAP(Inter-retrotransposon amplified polymorphism,逆转座子之间扩增多态性)、REMAP(Retrotransposon-microsatellite amplified polymorphism,逆转座子-微卫星扩增多态性)、SSAP(Sequence-specific amplified polymorphism,特异序列扩增多态性)和AFLP(Amplified fragment length polymorphism,扩增限制性片段长度多态性)技术的亲缘关系分析结果表明:该单株是原产日本的不完全涩柿,且与‘富有’和‘次郎’有较近的亲缘关系。

Identification of a peculiar pollination-variant and astringent persimmon
Abstract:Huashi 1 has the property of big fruit, high output, and growing a lot of male flowers. It has application value both commercially and in breeding, but its origin and astringent type are still unknown. In order to understand its characterization, the soluble tannin content and tannin cell size were compared with cultivars whose astringent types are already known. Combined with IRAP (Inter-retrotransposon amplified polymorphism), REMAP (Retrotransposon-microsatellite amplified polymorphism), SSAP (Sequence-specific amplified polymorphism) and AFLP (Amplified fragment length polymorphism) molecular markers amplification results, it is confirmed that Huashi 1 is a PVA type persimmon originated in Japan and of close genetic similarity to Japanese PCNA cultivar 'Fuyu' and 'Jiro'.
