碳纳米管场发射阴极脉冲电流发射特性的研究

摘要:碳纳米管具有非常好的场致发射性能,在微波电子器件有重要的应用前景。在大量的电子器件中场致发射电子源都是处于脉冲工作模式,由于场致发射具有非常强的非线性,场致发射电子源的脉冲工作特性和普通的电路元件脉冲驱动性能有较大的不同。本文深入研究了碳纳米管阴极在脉冲驱动条件下的电流发射特性,并提出了相应的测试方法,实验测量了碳纳米管阴极的脉冲电流波形。另外,本文还通过实验研究观察到了比较稳定的爆炸式场致发射,探索了碳纳米管场发射阴极高能器件应用的新途径。

Investigation of the pulsed emission current from carbon naotubes cathode
Abstract:IDue to the excellent field emission performance, carbon nanotube has a good application in the microwave tube. In many field emission devices, the carbon nanotubes cathode works in a pulsed driving mode. Because the electron beam resistance between cathode and anode is very non-linear in a field emission electron source, the pulsed driving performance of the carbon nanotubes cathode is quite different from other electronic circuits. In this paper, the pulsed driving model of CNTs cathode is investigated. A method is proposed to measure the pusled emission current. Apart from this, a stable explostive emission is observed during the experiment. This may be another way regarding electron sources for the high power field emission devices.
