Sn含量对Pt-Sn/MWCNTs电催化性能的影响

摘要:二元催化剂在直接甲醇燃料电池中的使用是近年来研究的热点,为了确定直接甲醇燃料电池催化剂Pt-Sn/MWCNTs在催化活性最好时存在的最佳原子比例范围,以乙二醇和甲酸钠为还原剂,用浸渍还原法制备了不同比例的担载在多壁碳纳米管上的Pt-Sn/MWCNTs催化剂。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD) 测试结果表明,PtSn 粒子在MWCNTs上高度分散,粒径分布在3.5~6nm之间;Pt-Sn/ MWCNTs复合材料中存在PtSn合金和SnO2。循环伏安(CV)和交流阻抗(EIS)实验表明,其最佳催化活性、抗毒化能力和抗腐蚀性能的PtSn原子配比在2.5:1到3.5:1之间产生。

Influence of Content of Sn on Electro-catalytic Properties of Pt-Sn/MWCNTs Nanocatalyst
Abstract:Binary catalyst are great attentions for electrocatalysts of direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC),to determine the range of the best atomic ratio of the direct methanol fuel cell catalyst Pt-Sn / MWCNTs which have the best electro-catalytic activity,Many kinds of PtSn nanoparticles of different atomic ratios are loaded on multiwalled carbon nanotubes with ethylene glycol and sodium formate using impregnation-reduction method. SEM image and XRD patterns reveal that the Pt-Sn/MWCNTs electro-catalyst exhibite the homogeneous dispersion on MWCNTs , and the mean particles size is about 3.5 ~ 6nm, Pt-Sn / MWCNTs included the PtSn alloy and SnO2 .The cyclic voltammetry and EIS (Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy ) indicate that the best electro-catalytic activity and tolerance to poisoning species for methanoloxidation and corrosion resistance properties can appear when the atomic ratio of Pt-Sn/MWCNTs is between 2.5:1 and 3.5:1.
