ITO薄膜热电极的制作及其表征

摘要:本文成功制作了ITO膜热电极,并对该电极的电化学和温度等性质进行了表征。研究了曝光时间、显影条件对电极刻蚀条件的影响以及电极形状对加热效果的影响。结果表明,电极温度的升高与加热电流的平方成正比;与常规的柱电极不同,在相同的加热电流下,电极的放置方式(垂直或水平)对加热效果几乎不产生影响。电极温度可在0.1s时间内快速升高和降低并达到平稳值;在长时间连续加热过程中(连续3600s),该电极表现出了对温度良好的热稳定性。

Fabrication and characterization of a heated ITO film electrode
Abstract:In this paper, heated ITO film electrodes are fabricated and the properties of its electrochemistry and temperature are characterized. The exposure time, etching conditions, development condition of the electrode and the electrode shape on the heating effect were studied. The results showed that the electrode temperature rise is proportional to the square of heating current ; Different from the conventional column electrode, electrode placement (vertical or horizontal) on the heating effect is almost no impact. Electrode temperature can rise and decrease quickly in the 0.1s and r reached a plateau value; in the long process of continuous heating (over 3600s), the electrode temperature showed good thermal stability.
