基于嵌入式系统的三相电力设备数据记录分析仪的硬件设计

摘要:随着工业生产中自动化程度的提高,大量的自动化仪表与设备广泛应用于各大厂矿的工业现场。这些仪表与设备大多需要组成网络,实现集中的显示与控制。针对这一问题,利用S3C2410作为主控芯片,结合CAN总线与485总线两种通信方式,设计了一种数据记录分析仪,实现了通过CAN通信与485通信将工业现场的数据采集回来,在记录仪上集中显示,实时分析数据,并通过以太网通信上传到上位机的功能。记录仪以S3C2410为主控制器,以液晶屏为显示设备,以电阻式触摸屏为输入设备,以SD卡为存储设备。支持三种常用的现场总线。

Hardware Design of Data Record and Analysis Meter in Three-phase Power Equipment Based Embedded System
Abstract:Industrial automation instrument have wide application in industrial sites with the increase of automaticity in commercial run. Most of these equipment and instrument need constitude network and achieve lunmed display and control. For solving this problem, a record and analysis meter was designed based S3C2410 and CAN buscommunication with 485 bus communication in this paper. The meter can gather data form industrial automation instrument which was installed in the industrial sites through CAN bus and 485 bus, display and analysis the data, and upload the data to upper computer with ethernet. the system's processor is S3C2410, the display device is LCD, the input device is RTS resistive touch screen, the storage device is SD card. It support three fieldbus.
