介孔碳材料的研究进展

摘要:介孔碳材料可以通过不同的合成方法对其孔结构和孔径大小进行调节。具有规整结构的有序介孔碳材料可以通过模板法合成得到。硬模板方法一般采用有序的介孔二氧化硅材料为模板得到碳复制品。基于对嵌段共聚物与热固型树脂共混的深入理解,利用有机-有机自组装法合成出有序的正相介孔碳材料也得到了很大的发展,主要以酚醛树脂为前驱体,通过溶剂挥发自组装或者水热合成方法得到。同时,也在不断的探求更简单合理、经济有效的方法来得到具有多尺度孔结构的碳材料,而且对材料微观及宏观形貌的控制及材料的实际应用也取得很大的进展。

Recent progress in the synthesis of mesoporous carbon materials
Abstract:The progress made in the last ten years concerning the synthesis of porous carbon materials has been summarized. Porous carbon materials with various pore sizes and pore structures can be synthesized using several different routes. Ordered mesoporous carbons with various pore structures have been synthesized using mesoporous silica materials through hard-template method. Organic-organic self-assembly which denoted as “soft-template” method based on the principle of liquid crystalline templating is expected to be more flexible in generating ordered mesoporous carbon materials, usually employing resol resins as carbon precursor through evaporation induced self-assembly or autoclaving method. Hierarchical meso-/macroporous carbon materials are also mentioned, as well as the morphological control and practical applications of mesoporous carbons.
