摘要:基于AVL-Tycon软件,建立了N330柴油机配气机构进气部分运动学模型和动力学模型,对其进行运动学仿真和动力学仿真分析,得到凸轮与滚筒间的最大接触应力、最大凸轮扭矩、加速度变化率、丰满度系数、气门速度、气门落座力、气门弹簧受力曲线等,对凸轮配气机构的工作状况进行分析评价,为下一步的优化设计提供了依据。

Kinematic and Dynamic Simulation Analysis for the Valve Train of a N330 Diesel Engine
Abstract:The kinematic model and dynamic model of a N330 diesel engine valve actuating mechanism are established based on AVL-Tycon software. The kinematic and dynamic simulation analysis of the valve actuating mechanism are implemented, consequently the maximum contact stress, the maximum cam torque, the changing rate of acceleration , the fullness coefficient, the minimum oil film coefficient, the valve speed, the valve seated force and the valve spring force curve between the cam and roller are acquired. Finally, the working condition of the cam valve actuating mechanism is analyzed. The results obtained in the paper provide a basis for the next optimal design.
