石墨烯的化学方法合成及其表征

摘要:修正的Hummers法合成的氧化石墨,通过超声波振荡剥层,再利用水合肼还原即可获得单层及较少层数的石墨烯。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)以及红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱(RS)、X-射线衍射(XRD)等测试方法对氧化石墨烯和石墨烯的形貌、结构进行了对比分析。实验结果表明,该方法合成出了形貌上具有少量褶皱的单层和较少层数的石墨烯。但与天然石墨相比,该方法合成的石墨烯结晶强度相对降低并且拉曼光谱显示,其G带与D带的强度比大于氧化石墨烯的强度比,即石墨烯中sp2杂化碳层平面的平均尺寸大于氧化石墨烯的平均尺寸,表明该方法不能完全将氧化石墨烯还原为结晶完美的石墨烯。

Synthesis and characterization of graphene with chemical method
Abstract:In this paper, graphite oxide(GO) has been synthesized by a modified Hummers method treated with ultrasound, and single or less layers of graphene(GNS) was obtained through a reduction using hydrazine hydrate. Graphene have been investigated by SEM, TEM, FT-IR, RS, XRD, etc. Experimental results showed that the single and less layers of graphene with few drape was obtained. Compared with natural graphite(G), graphene crystallization intensity is lower. Raman spectra showed that the ratio of graphene G and D band intensities is higher than graphite oxide, namely the average size of sp2 heterozygous carbon layer in graphene is larger than Graphite oxide. It demonstrated that this method cannot completely restore Graphite oxide to perfect crystallization graphene.
