多壁碳纳米管的纯化改性及表征

摘要:本文本文针对多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)开展工作,使用酸氧化的方法对MWNTs进行纯化,研究了硝酸对多壁碳纳米管纯度及结构的影响;使用了偶联剂法对MWNTs进行改性研究KH550偶联剂对多壁碳纳米管结构的影响。通过TG/FT-IR等表征方法进行表征证明:KH550改性多壁碳纳米管未造成其结构上的破坏;酸化的MWNTs表面的活性羟基缩合形成硅氧烷键从而很大程度上提高MWNTs的疏水性,增大其与橡胶的相容性和结合力。

The Characterization of Purified and Modified Multi-walled carbon nanotubes
Abstract:In this paper,the acid oxidation and coupling agent mothed are used to purify and modify the multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs). Also sorts of characterization methed are used to characterize the purified and modified MWNTs. Many results indicate that the coupling agent of KH550 doesn't destroy the configuration of the carbon nanotubes and the acid MWNTs increase in it's hydrophobic proformance so that can enhance it's compatibility with robber .
