滚刀铲磨仿真系统研制

摘要:分析了滚刀铲磨加工的基本原理,以AutoCAD为开发平台,采用VC++与AutoCAD ObjectARX混合编程语言,建立了滚刀铲磨仿真系统,将滚刀铲磨的各轴运动转化为滚刀和砂轮的相对位置运动,通过滚刀和砂轮之间的相减布尔运算模拟铲磨加工过程,并提取滚刀仿真齿形对其进行误差分析。以一种零前角直槽滚刀为例,进行了滚刀铲磨仿真后的齿形误差计算,结果表明该方法能有效提高滚刀铲磨精度,同时验证了仿真算法的正确性。所开发的仿真系统也可用于生成滚刀的实体模型。

Research on Machining Simulation System of Hob Relief Grinding
Abstract:The general machining principle of hob relief grinding process was analyzed. Based on AutoCAD development platform and using AutoCAD ObjectARX mixed with VC++ programming language, simulation system of hob relief grinding was established. By transforming the motion of CNC axes of hob relief grinding into the relative position adjustment between the hob and grinding wheel, the relief grinding process was simulated by subtraction Boolean operation. The simulated hob tooth form was analyzed. As an example of zero rake straight groove hob,hob relief grinding process was simulated and the tooth form error was calculated. The results showed that the method could effectively improve the accuracy of hob relief grinding and validate the correctness of simulation algorithm. The development simulation system also can generate the hob solid model.
