“任务背景”下背侧前扣带回功能网络的fMRI研究

摘要:基于静息状态的功能磁共振成像(functional MRI,fMRI)已经成为当前人脑功能研究的重要手段之一,本研究采用任务背景来获取一种更为"纯净"的静息状态,其中脑区的"任务背景"被定义为那些不会激活感兴趣脑区的任务。目前静息状态下dACC功能网络模式还不清楚,本研究分析了听觉背景下dACC的功能连接。实验结果表明dACC既与双侧额中回、左侧壳核、右侧尾状核等额叶-纹状体环路的重要元素存在显著功能连接,又与双侧脑岛、左侧丘脑等自发控制功能网络的重要元素存在显著的功能连接。因此本研究提示dACC可能既是认知控制的关键元素,也是自发控制的关键元素。

A fMRI Analysis of the dACC Functional Network under
Abstract:Resting state functional MRI (fMRI) has been one of the most important measure for human brain function investigations, and in this study, "task background", which was here defined as a task that would not activate the interested brain region, was employed to obtain a "purer" resting state. Till now, there is little knowledge about the dACC functional network during resting state, and thus the authors analyzed the dACC functional connectivity patterns under auditory background. The results indicates that the dACC had significant functional connectivities with the important components of the frontal-striatal circuit such as the bilateral middle frontal cortex, the left putamen, the right caudate, as well as significant functional connectivities with the important components of the autonomic control network such as the bilateral insula and the left thalamus.The present results indicate that the dACC could be critical for both cognitive control and autonomic control.
