原子吸收光谱法测牛奶中的锌

摘要:牛奶是儿童日常生活中非常重要的营养品,向牛奶中加入一些人体所必须的微量元素是目前社会上很流行的补充微量元素的措施,因此探讨纯牛奶中锌元素的含量,以衡量加锌牛奶产品质量,显得很重要。本文采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定牛奶中的锌含量,并在此之前,分别用0.75mol/L硝酸稀释法,稀释-超声法,国标(GB/T5009.14-2003)法处理样品。经过比较,发现对稀释样品进行超声不影响稀释样品测定结果。用0.75mol/L硝酸稀释前处理样品简便、快捷,克服了各类消化法繁琐、耗时的缺点,测定结果准确。该方法加标回收率为104.0%,线性相关系数为0.9982,相对标准偏差为0.61%,检出限为0.00162μg/ml。

Determination of Zinc in Milk by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
Abstract:Milk is a very important nutrition in children's daily life. The milk, adding some trace elements necessary for the human body, is a very popular measures to complement trace elements, so to talk about the content of zinc in milk and to measure the quality of milk products of plus zinc are very important. In this paper, determining zinc in milk by Air-acetylene Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry, and before this, the sample is dealt with the dilution of 0.75mol/L nitric acid method, dilution-ultrasonic method and national standard method. By comparison, the samples were diluted with ultrasonic method do not affect the determination result. The pre-treatment with 0.75mol/L nitric acid is simple, fast, because it overcomes the shortcomings of cumbersome and time-consuming present in various methods, and the result is accurate. The recovery is 104.0%, linear correlation coefficient is 0.9982, relative standard deviation is 0.61% and the detection limit is 0.00162μg/ml.
