多壁碳纳米管/ P(LLA-CL)超细纤维膜的制备与性能研究

摘要:利用静电纺丝纺制备左旋聚乳酸-聚己内酯共聚物[P(LLA-CL)]纳米纤维膜,通过混入多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)改善纳米纤维膜力学性能。借助扫面电镜、红外、热重分析、拉伸测试等手段,进行测试和分析。结果表明,纤维直径随着多壁碳纳米管加入量的增加逐渐从902nm降到665nm,而初始分解温度、分解质量分数为20%时分解温度随着碳纳米管的加入量的增多而升高。但随着含量的增加,多壁碳纳米管在纤维中的分散和沿着纤维取向的能力越来越差。当多壁碳纳米管的质量分数为1%时,纳米纤维膜的力学性能最佳。

Preparation and Properties of Multiwalled carbon nanotubes/ poly(L-lactide)- poly(ε-caprolactone) copolymer Ultrafine Fibers
Abstract:Multiwalled carbon nanotubes/ poly(L-lactide)- poly(ε-caprolactone) copolymer (MWNTs/P(LLA-CL) ) composite nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning technique, whereby blending MWNTs is used to improved the mechanical performance of nanofiber membrances, researched and analysed by SEM,TEM,TGA and mechanical property testing. The results showed that the diameter of nanofibers is decreased from 902nm to 665nm, meanwhile the initial decomposed temperature and 20% contents decomposed temperature are increased while the capability of MWNTs, dispersed well in the nanofiber and aligned well along the nano?ber axis, become wores with the increasing of MWNTs Content. The mechanical properties of nano?ber membrances are good when 1% MWNTs are dispersed in nanofibers.
