基于NIOSⅡ和UCGUI视频字符叠加系统的研究

摘要:本OSD叠加系统针对PAL制式模拟视频图像叠加情况研制,视频图像上所叠加的字符通过按键可实时移动。本系统所有的功能均在一片FPGA上完成:由FPGA内部的NIOSⅡ软核来完成串口命令的解析及相关处理函数的实现、按键信息的解析及控制函数的实现以及叠加字符数据的发生;由DAM实现叠加字符数据的读取;由FPGA的硬件逻辑部分实现叠加控制信号的发生;由硬件电路部分实现视频同步信号的获取以及字符数据与视频图像的叠加。系统采用UCOS-Ⅱ操作系统,使系统具有良好的实时性。系统所叠加的字符通过UCGUI软件实现,其中英文字母和几何图形通过调用UCGUI的API函数实现;而汉字则通过研发字库实现。

Research of a Video and Character Superposing System Based on NIOSⅡand UCGUI
Abstract:IThis OSD character superimposing system is designed for the situation of the PAL analog video image overlay, the characters on which can be real-time moved with buttons. The NIOSⅡ soft core and the FPGA hardware resources are good used of in this system and all the functions are completed in one FPGA. The analyzing of serial ports commands and buttons information and the achievement of processing or controlling functions and the occurrence of the superimposed character data are realized by the NIOSⅡ soft core, the superimposed character data are carried by DMA, the superimposed controlling signals are happened by the hardware logic of the FPGA while the accessing to the video sync signals and the overlay of the character data with the video image data are made by hardware circuit. The UCOS-Ⅱoperating system is used in this system, which make it with good real-time. The overlay characters are complied with UCGUI software, in which the English words and geometry are realized by API functions in UCGUI while the Chinese words are achieved by designing the word house.
