三维空间调库机械手快速存取系统的研究

摘要:机械手快速存取系统是自动化立体仓库的重要部分 ,主要完成货物位置的自动寻优以及货物的出入库。首先介绍了快速存取系统的背景意义以及国内外发展现状。然后设计系统的总体方案,搭建系统网络连接图。频率的设置决定了机械手的运行轨迹。由于取放货对应着不同最优速度,所以两组最优速度单独动态给定PLC程序。利用组态函数进行位置寻优,找到最近的取货位置与放货位置。同时,通过组态王与VC++进行通信,得出机械手的最优速度。机械手先找到最近的取货与放货位置,然后以最优速度进行取货与放货,从而大大提高了工作效率。

Study of manipulator quick access system apply on adjustable library in Three-dimensional space
Abstract:Manipulator quick access system is the most important part of the automatic warehouse. It is mainly to store in or out the goods and automatically distribute the locations of the goods . Firstly introduces the background and development situation of manipulator quick access system. Then scheme of the system is designed,build system network connection diagram . The different frequencies of the manipulator, which make the different orbits. Due to take put the goods correspond to different optimal speed, it is necessary to design two groups of frequency and manipulating the goods have put the optimal speed. As the centralized management of the configuration software to the control system, King View 6.5 is used to find the function position and find the nearest take place and put the goods delivery. At the same time, through the kingview and vc + + communication of the manipulator, the optimal speed will be found. The first to find this manipulator recently took goods and goods, and then put in place the optimal speed pickup and put the goods, which greatly improves the work efficiency.
