面向机械参量的通用数据采集仪的设计

摘要:由于机械参量信号的多样性和复杂性,大多现有采集仪都只是面向某个被测参量,而实际测试中常常需要采集多种机械参量才能完成后续的分析,本文提出了一种能采集多种机械参量的通用数据采集仪设计方案。首先基于面向对象的设计思想对整体方案进行了模块划分和具体技术路线概述,然后在介绍各个模块详细设计的过程中分析了实现通用性的难点及解决方法,最后用编程工具实现了此设计方案。此采集仪可进行大多常见机械参量的测试,人机界面友好,有很好的应用前景。

The design of the universal data acquisition instrument for mechanical parameters
Abstract:Due to the diversity and complexity of the mechanical parameters' signal, most of he existing instruments can only capture a certain type of mechanical parameters. But the actual test is often a variety of mechanical parameters to be collected to complete the follow-up analysis. This paper presents a solution of a universal data acquisition instrument which can collect a variety of mechanical parameters. Firstly, the overall system was divided into modules based on object oriented design concept and the technological route was introduced. Then the difficulties of implementing the instrument were analyzed and the solution was given in the process of describing the detailed design of each module. Finally, this design was implemented by the programming tools. Results show that the instrument can be used for collecting most of the common mechanical parameters and have a good prospect.
