三相四臂逆变器的仿真设计

摘要:本文首先用对称分量法在不平衡负载下对三相四臂逆变器进行稳态分析,验证了三相四臂逆变器可以带不平衡负载。本文在总结、分析其它控制方法的基础上,建立了三维空间矢量调制策略,提高了电压利用率,减少了谐波含量,介绍了三维空间矢量调制的原理及其算法实现。其次对三相四臂逆变器在两种坐标系下建立了数学建模,提出本文所采用的一种基于正反向同步旋转坐标变换的正序、负序和零序分量单独控制的控制策略,实现了各个通道的解耦。最后利用MATLAB7.0软件中的动态仿真工具SIMULINK对控制算法进行了开环仿真,仿真分析验证了控制算法的正确性。

Simulation and Design on Three-Phase Four-Leg Inverter
Abstract:Using symmetrical components, the three-phase four-leg inverter was analysised in steady state. It has been verified successfully in the three-phase four-leg inverter with unbalanced loads. Based on analyzing other control methods,the three dimension space vector PWM algorithm was designed. Three-dimensional space vector modulation scheme, which has high voltage utilization and can result in a low distortion, was proposed for three-phase four-leg inverter. The algorithm of Three-dimensional space vector modulation was depicted in detail.Then the mathematic model of three-phase four-leg inverter was established in two different coordinates. A novel controller was introduced in three-phase four-leg inverter under anti-clockwise rotating synchronous frame. The positive sequence, negative and zero sequence ware controlled independently. The control strategy accomplished the decoupling of the three-phase four-leg inverter.Finally, the control method was simulated dynamically by MATLAB7.0/SIMULINK dynamic simulation software. It proved the accuracy of the control method by analyzing the result of simulation.
