不同反应区域碳物质形貌及特性研究

摘要:为了研究碳源气体的浓度和通入量以及反应时间等因素对微螺旋碳纤维生长的影响,本文通过化学气相沉积法(Chemical Vapor Deposition, CVD)在水平管式电阻炉中制备微螺旋碳纤维,发现在同一次实验中的不同区域制备出了形貌各异的碳纤维,并对其生长机理及其特性进行了初步探讨,分析认为反应气流中碳源气体的浓度和通入量以及不同形式碳物质对碳源浓度的需求是引起产物形态变化的重要原因。所有这些探索对进一步实施微螺旋碳纤维的可控制备和应用研究具有重要意义。

Research on morphologies and properties of carbon materials in different reaction regions
Abstract:In order to research the influence of such factors as: hydrocarbon concentration, the amount of its input and reaction time etc on the growth of carbon microcoils, carbon microcoils were prepared by CVD and different morphologies were found in different areas in the experiment, meanwhile, the growth mechanism was analysed. After analysis, hydrocarbon concentration, the amount of its input and different needs of hydrocarbon concentration for distinct forms of carbon materials have a important impact on the morphologies of products. The exploration is of great significance for carbon microcoils controllable preparation and its application.)
