介孔材料SBA-15的表面修饰及其表征

摘要:本文使用六种官能性有机化合物其中包括苯基三甲氧基硅烷、4-三甲氧基硅烷基苄基氯、以及(3-巯基丙基)三甲氧基硅烷等,通过化学共缩合反应被移植到SBA-15的表面;使用小角X射线粉末衍射(SAXRD)、N2吸附、红外光谱(IR)和差热-热重分析(DSC-TG)等技术手段对介孔材料SBA-15进行了表征;实验结果显示我们已经成功地将所选择的有机功能性基团成功地被移植到了SBA-15的表面,实现了对材料表面改性之目的。

Preparation and characterization for functionalized mesoporous silica SBA-15
Abstract:The selected functional organic groups, such as Trimethoxyphenylsilane, (Trimethoxysilyl)benzene, 4-(Chloromethyl) phenyl- trimethoxysilane, (3-Mercapto propyl) trimethoxy silane and so on, were grafted successfully on the surface of SBA-15 through co-condensation chemical reaction. Mesoporous material SBA-15 were characterized by the technology of SAXRD, N2 adsorption, IR and DSC-TG. The characterization results suggests that all the selected groups were grafted on the surface of SBA-15 materials sucessfully.
