滤纸基质-纳米金增强室温磷光法检测痕量铅离子

摘要:利用柠檬酸钠作还原剂,巯基十一酸(MUA)为稳定剂制备了粒径均匀的纳米金粒子(AuNPs)。将AuNPs引入滤纸表面,用于金属增强室温磷光(MERTP)研究,实验证明AuNPs对二碘荧光素(DIF)的RTP有增强作用;当有微量铅离子(Pb2+)存在时,使DIF的MERTP信号猝灭。据此,建立了Pb2+检测新方法。在最佳实验条件下,所建方法Pb2+的检出限为6.10pmol/L,线性范围为0.474-22.10nmol/L,回收率为89.4%- 111.5%。该方法用于人工合成样品中Pb2+的检测时,结果满意。

Plumbum ion detection based on gold nanoparticles enhanced room temperature phosphorescence of diiodofluorescein on filter paper substrate
Abstract:Uniform grading Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) reduced by sodium citrate in the presence of 11-Mercaptoundecanoic acid (MUA) were obtained. Metal-enhanced room temperature phosphorescence (MERTP) signal of diiodofluorescein (DIF) on the filter paper surface in the presence of AuNPs was firstly observed. However, DIF-MERTP was quenched by the addition of trace Plumbum ion(Pb2+). Based on this phenomenon, a new method for determination of Pb2+ had hereby been developed. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the detection limit for Pb2+ was 6.10 pmol/L, the response is linearly proportional to the concentration of Pb2+ in the range 0.474-22.10 nmol/L. The recovery of Pb2+ was in range of 89.4%-111.5%. A satisfactory results were obtained when the established method has been applied to determine Pb2+ in artificial sample.
