粉煤灰基地聚合物材料的研究进展

摘要:地聚合物(Geopolymer)是硅铝质无机原料通过矿物聚缩而生成的一种以硅铝四面体为单元的无定形三维网状无机聚合物,兼有陶瓷、水泥、高分子材料的特点,近年来,因其可以协同处置大量固体废弃物成为新的研究热点。本文基于地聚合物的研究发展历史,重点介绍了粉煤灰基地聚合物的原材料、激发剂、成型制度、养护制度等制备工艺技术,并结合地聚合物的宏观性能和微观结构的研究现状,阐述了粉煤灰基地聚合物的反应机理,还进一步介绍了其在固化重金属废弃物方面的发展前景。最后,指出了粉煤灰基地聚合物研究存在的问题及需要突破的瓶颈。

Advance on fly ash-based geopolymer material
Abstract:Geopolymer is inorganic polymer involving the silicates and aluminates of by-products to undergo process of geopolymerization, it has the characteristics of ceramic, cement and polymer materials. The preparation of geopolymer based on solid waste has recently been the new subject of research. This paper presents a brief history and a review of geopolymer technology such as the source material, activator and curing temperature with curing time significantly influence the formation and properties of a geopolymer. Attempts to elucidate chemistry and reaction mechanisms with the current research of macroscopic properties and microstructure. Presents on the prospect of immobilization of heavy metal wastes and by-products. Finally the paper proposes further research and development topics.
