RhB衍生物负载的碳纳米管荧光传感器的制备

摘要:以碳纳米管和罗丹明B为原料,合成了基于罗丹明B衍生物的碳纳米管荧光化学传感器。借助F-4500荧光仪在530nm激发波长下测得此荧光传感器对Hg2+具有很高的选择性,对Hg2+的检出浓度达到10-5molL-1。适用于检测样品中的微量汞金属元素。

Preparation of carbon nanotubes sensor which grafted with derivatives of RhB
Abstract:In this paper,a carbon nanotube-based fluorescent chemosensor has been designed and synthesized with carbon nanotube and Rhodamine B. With the F-4500 fluorescence spectrometer we find that the sensor has high selectivity of Hg2 + at 530nm excitation wavelength.The detection of Hg2+ concentration reseached to 10-5molL-1. This chemosensor is used to detect trace elements of mercury.
