煤泥浮选药剂选择及工艺参数优化研究

摘要:目前,我国大多数选煤厂浮选药剂选择不正规,生产过程中出现很多问题,比如浮选精煤产率低,浮选灰分高,浮选完善程度低,药剂制度不合理等;本文通过采用四组不同浮选药剂进行一系列的药剂选择试验,选出最佳的药剂组合为煤油和仲辛醇,由于煤样自身浮选特性的影响,起泡剂用量对浮选完善指标的提高作用显著。考虑到精煤产率和精煤灰分要求,确定最佳药剂制度为:捕收剂600g/t;起泡剂80g/t。同时确定最佳的矿浆浓度为80g/t。经过浮选药剂选择和工艺参数优化,在保证11%的灰分条件下,精煤产率提高到了73%。

Selection of Flotation Reagents and Optimization of Process Parameters
Abstract:At present, most flotation reagents' selection is not regular in China, there are a lot of problems during the production process, such as low rate, high clean coal ash, low degree of flotation perfect index, unreasonable reagent regime, etc.; In this paper, four different flotation reagents were used to test and compared, we select the best combination of kerosene and sec-octyl alcohols; Due to the influence of their flotation characteristics, frother has the biggest effect on the flotation perfect index. Considering the clean coal production rate and ash requirements, dosage was determined as 600g/t(collector) and frother(80g/t); After flotation reagents selection and process parameters optimization, the clean coal ash was ensured at 11% and the production rate was increased to 73%.
