添加剂对PVDF中空纤维超滤膜结构及性能的影响研究

摘要:在PVDF铸膜液中添加PVP、LiCl和SMA,采用相转化法制备了PVDF中空纤维共混超滤膜,并通过扫描电镜表征、膜通量和截留率测试等手段,研究了聚合物含量和不同添加剂对PVDF中空纤维膜的结构和性能的影响。结果显示:随着聚合物PVDF含量的增加,膜通量减小,截留率增加,强度增加;添加剂SMA对膜性能影响较大,PVP和LiCl对膜的结构及性能影响较小,随其含量的增加,膜截留率增加。

Studies on the effect of additives on the structures
Abstract:Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fibre ultrafiltration membrane were prepared by phase-inversion method and optimized with PVP, anhydrous LiCl and SMA as additives, respectively. The properties of membranes were characterized by structure, porosity, pure water flux and rejection. The results indicate that PVDF concentration affect the pore structures and membrane performance. As to SMA additive, SMA concentration was the most important factor which result in a large effect of membrane properties. But there are less affluence to the additives of LiCl and PVP, with the increase of additives concentration, the membrane rejection increase.
