智能型水凝胶负载Pd(II)/Cu(II)双金属催化剂的合成及其在有机反应中的催化应用研究

摘要:本文中成功合成大孔结构的智能型水凝胶聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-co-4-乙烯基吡啶-co-丙烯酸钾)[P(NIPAM-co-4VP-co-KAA)],此水凝胶具有温度和pH双重敏感性。在室温下通过与PdCl2和Cu(AcO)2溶液反应制备了负载Pd2+和Cu2+的[P(NIPAM-co-4VP-co-KAA)-Pd(II) /Cu(II)]水凝胶催化剂,并通过XRD,SEM分别对其结构和形貌进行了表征。将此催化剂用于在水相中催化Suzuki反应以检验催化剂的催化性能,实验结果表明此催化剂可有效催化Suzuki反应。但在催化剂的循环使用过程中,Cu的流失现象严重,导致催化剂活性和稳定性的下降。

The preparation of intelligent hydrogel-Pd (II)/Cu (II) catalyst and its catalytic efficiency in water
Abstract:A new porous intelligent hydrogel Poly (N-isopropylacrylamide-co-4-vinylpyridine-co-potassium acrylate)[P (NIPAM-co-4VP-co-KAA)], which shows both thermosensitiveness and pH-sensitiveness, and exhibits high swelling capacity in water, was synthesized by simultaneous free radical cross-linking polymerization. The hydrogel can immobilize Pd2+ and Cu2+ easily at room temperature and thus formed hydrogel-supported Pd(II)/Cu(II) bimetallic catalyst, which was characterized by SEM, XRD. Then the hydrogel catalyst is used for Suzuki reaction in water and the results indicate the catalyst is effective. Besides, the reuse experiments show that the efficiency and stability of the catalyst decrease obviously for the leaching of copper.
