Ni/Fe双金属催化还原水中CT的动力学研究

摘要:通过气相色谱方法,采用Ni/Fe双金属对水溶液中四氯化碳进行催化还原脱氯分批实验研究,考察了CT初始浓度、Ni/Fe的投加量、镍含量、不同初始pH缓冲溶液等因素对CT去除效果的影响及动力学规律。得出结论,(1)在实验范围内,Ni/Fe双金属对CT的还原脱氯反应遵循准一级动力学。(2)Ni/Fe双金属对CT的去除率随CT初始浓度增大而降低。增加Ni/Fe的投加量,提高Ni的投加比例,pH在酸性条件下有利于CT的还原脱氯。(3)Ni的最佳投加比例为0.1%,双金属的最佳投加量为20g/L。

Deoxidation kinetics of CT catalyzed by Ni/Fe in water
Abstract:In this study, Ni/Fe bimetal was utilized for the catalytic dechlorination of carbon tetrachloride in aqueous solution using GC as the analytical method.Reaction factors such as the initial concentrations of CT, nickel contents of the bimetal , Ni/Fe dosages and the initial pH were examined for their influences on the dechlorination.The reduction kinetics was characterized along with these reaction factors. The conclusions are shown as follows:(1) The reaction followed pseudo-first order kinetics.(2)The removal rate of CT increased with the initial concentrations of CT decreases.An increase in the Ni contents of the bimetal or in the dosage of Ni/Fe bimetals was effective in promoting the rates of dechlorination,and initial pH of modest acidity also favored the reductive dechlorination.
