重介选煤悬浮液密度的FNN控制方法研究

摘要:本文介绍了重介质悬浮液密度在整个选煤过程中的重要性,综合神经网络和模糊控制的优点,提出了一种基于模糊神经网络(Fuzzy Neural Network,FNN)的悬浮液密度控制算法。以模糊控制器抽象出来的模糊规则表作为神经网络的学习样本,利用神经网络的自学习能力,不断对网络权值和激活函数的参数进行修改,实现了在线修改模糊推理规则的目的,系统能有效满足重介选煤密度控制要求。

Research on the fuzzy neural network control methods for density of suspensions in dense-medium separation
Abstract:In dense-medium separation, the density control is key to guarantee for product quality. This paper puts forward a kind of suspending liquid density control method, which is based on fuzzy neural network, and integrates the advantages of neural network and fuzzy control. It puts the fuzzy rules table which is abstracted out by fuzzy controller as neural network learning samples, revises parameters of network weights and activation function continuously, and realizes the purpose of online modifing fuzzy inference rules. System can control the density effectively which meets the requirements of density control in dense-medium separation.
