硅纳米线的表面修饰和应用

摘要:硅纳米线作为一种典型的一维纳米材料,其优异的光、电、力、热和化学性质,以及潜在的实际应用已越来越引起人们的关注,我国已经在硅纳米线研究方面做出了突出的贡献。实验表明:硅纳米线在太阳能电池、传感器、锂电池和催化应用方面起到重要的作用。由于硅纳米线的许多优异性质和潜在应用取决于其表面修饰,文章对硅纳米线的表面修饰及应用作一综述。

Surface modification and applications of silicon nanowires
Abstract:Silicon nanowires, as the typical one-dimensional nanomaterials, have attracted increasing attention because of their excellent optical, electrical, mechanical, thermal and chemical properties, as well as potential applications. Chinese scientists have made outstanding contributions in this field. Owing to their surface-dependent properties, silicon nanowires are also expected to play a key role in applications such as solar cells, sensors, lithium batteries, and catalysts. This review included their surface modification and applications as the excellent properties and potential applications of silicon nanowires depended on their surface modification.
