工艺参数对紫铜微镦粗变形流动应力尺寸效应影响规律研究

摘要:本文通过微圆柱体紫铜试样镦粗实验研究了成形工艺参数对流动应力尺寸效应的影响规律。实验结果表明:(1)随着试样直径尺寸的减小和晶粒尺寸的增大,材料的流动应力呈现出明显减小的趋势,且试样直径尺寸越小,尺寸效应表现的越明显;(2)随着试样高度尺寸的减小,两种不同高度试样的流动应力-应变曲线出现相交,且随着晶粒尺寸的增加,交点提前,尺寸效应愈加明显;(3)随着试样尺寸的减小,应变速率对变形的影响越来越大。基于表面层模型及塑性变形理论,分析了工艺参数对流动应力的影响规律,揭示了微成形过程中尺寸效应产生机理。

Research on size effect of process parameters on flow stress in upsetting deformation of micro copper cylinder
Abstract:In this paper, influence of process parameters on flow stress-strain curve was studied through micro upsetting of copper. Experimental results indicated that with the decrease of specimen size and increase of grain size, flow stress decreased and strain rate played a more and more important role on deformation. Flow stress-strain curves of specimens with two different height intersected at one point, and with the decrease of specimen height, the point appeared ahead. Then the phenomena in micro upsetting were analyzed by surface model and plastic deformation theories in depth.
