玻璃表面透明超疏水涂层的制备

摘要:本论文采用两步法制备类荷叶表面透明超疏水涂层,首先使用具有一定形貌的纳米SiO2提高经过活化的玻璃表面粗糙度,之后浸涂含氟硅氧烷水解液,将烷基长链接枝到粗糙处理后的玻璃表面。通过SEM,AFM,UV-Vis,接触角测量仪等对涂层表面性能进行了表征。结果表明,制备所得涂层具有类荷叶表面微观结构,可见光区透光率在89%以上,水滴在涂层上静态接触角可达到158 。

Fabrication of Transparent Superhydrophobic Coatings on Glass Matrix
Abstract:In this paper, lotus-like transparent superhydrophobic coatings were fabricated through two steps. Firstly, SiO2 nanoparticles with some kinds of morphology were used to increase surface roughness of activated glass matrix, and then, when dipped into fluorinated siloxane , the long chain alkyl groups were grafted on the pro-treated surface of the matrix. Surface properties of the coatings were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscope, UV-Vis spectrophotometer and contact angle measurement. The results show that the fabricated coating has the microstructure which is similar to the surface of lotus leaves, transmittance in the visible region is above 89%, and contact angles of water droplets on the coatings can reach 158 .
