表面粗糙度对壁厚超声测量影响规律的探讨

摘要:超声测厚时被测工件表面粗糙会使超声回波波形产生畸变,造成测厚结果与工件真实壁厚偏差较大,不能反映真实厚度,测量精度降低。本文设计了四种不同粗糙度的试样,通过采用不同频率的探头分别对表面粗糙度不同的试样进行超声波测厚。利用快速傅里叶变换对超声回波进行频谱分析,对比时域波形和频域波形,分析了不同情况下回波波形的变化规律,总结表面粗糙对脉冲宽度和波峰位置的影响规律和对测厚可能产生的影响。

Study The Law of Surface Coarse Influences on The Precision of Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement
Abstract:Rough surface of the sample causes distortion of the waveform, which makes a big deviation between the result of ultrasonic thickness measurement and the actual thickness, and lead to the fact that the result of ultrasonic thickness measurement can not reflect the actual thickness, measuring accuracy is decreased. In this paper, samples with four different surface coarses has been designed and their thicknesses were measured in different frequencies. Analyzing the spectrum of waves by FFT method, to compare the time-domain and frequency-domain waves. With the waveform change in different conditions is discussed, the law of the surface coarse influences on the pulse-width, the peak location and the thickness measured with ultrasonic method are summarized.
