大气压氦气多脉冲介质阻挡辉光放电的光学演化过程

摘要:本文利用ICCD拍摄三脉冲氦气介质阻挡放电间隙的短时曝光放电图像,研究放电图像的光学分布以及发光强度随电极轴向的分布曲线,结果表明:多脉冲氦气介质阻挡放电的第一个放电电流脉冲从非自持放电经过汤森放电,最后发展到辉光放电的模式,随后的放电电流脉冲一直维持着辉光放电,直至放电熄灭;在各电流脉冲之间,辉光放电较弱但并未熄灭。

Optical development of a multi-pulse dielectric barrier glow discharge in atmospheric-pressure helium
Abstract:Short-time exposure pictures of a multi-pulse dielectric barrier glow discharge in helium were taken by an intensified charge couple device. Optical distribution of discharge pictures and the curve of light intensity distribution along the gas gap were studied. The results showed that the first pulse of multi-pulse discharge in helium transits from non-self-sustained discharge to a Townsend one, and then to a glow one. The following pulses maintain the glow discharge until it extinguishes. The discharge is very weak but does not extinguish between any two pulses.
