改性无机富锌涂料的制备及其耐热性研究

摘要:以苯基三甲氧基硅烷(PTMS)为主要单体,采用水解缩聚方法对正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)水解预聚体进行化学改性,添加锌粉,制备了一种无机富锌耐高温涂料。通过IR和TG-DTA等测试手段对改性预聚体的结构和涂层的耐热性能进行了研究。结果表明,该改性无机富锌涂层耐温性可达500℃左右,且涂层表现出良好的附着力和耐冲击性能,具有一定的应用前景。

Preparation and properties of inorganic zinc-rich coatings modification for heat-resistant
Abstract:This paper used hydrolysis condensation method to modify tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) hydrolysis prepolymer by phenyl trimethoxysilane (PTMS) as main monomers. Prepared an inorganic zinc-rich high-temperature coating. IR and TG-DTA analysis the structure and high temperature properties of the prepolymer modified and the zinc-rich coating .The results showed that the modification of inorganic zinc-rich coatings can resistant about 500 ℃ high temperature, and shows good adhesion and impact resistance, which have application prospects.
