平面包络环面蜗杆数控加工的编程与仿真技术研究

摘要:平面包络环面蜗杆传统磨削加工存在效率低,砂轮需要反复修形,加工成本高等问题,迫切需要建立平面包络环面蜗杆数控铣削加工方法。为此,本文提出了平面包络环面蜗杆五轴数控侧铣加工工艺方案。具体利用UG及其开发平台、VC++和VERICUT对平面包络环面蜗杆五轴数控侧铣编程的前置处理及后置处理、加工仿真等关键技术进行了研究,最后通过仿真实例验证了平面包络环面蜗杆五轴数控侧铣加工工艺方案的可行性和有效性。

Research on NC Programming and Simulation Technology of Planar Enveloping Hourglass Worm
Abstract:Because of the traditional grinding machining of planar enveloping hourglass worm exists the problems such as low efficiency, grinding wheel need repeated modification, high processing cost, etc., it is urgent to establish an new NC milling method for planar enveloping hourglass worm. Therefore, a five-axis CNC flank milling process plan is proposed in this paper. Some specific researches are done for the technologies of solid modeling, pre-processing, post processing and machining simulation of five-axis flank milling programming by using UG and its development tools, VC++, VERICUT, etc.. The simulation results indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed five-axis CNC flank milling process plan.
