非线性光学单分子图像技术原理

摘要: 作者发明了一种新的非线性光学显微放大技术,提出了非线性光学分子图像技术的多级放显微成像原理,作者的实验照片证明了其发明的技术可以拍摄分子图像,在细胞内分辨率达到大分子链水平,体外分子分辨率达到分子环水平,可观测水中单个分子的影像,并且可以用于观测活体细胞的生长、迁移、繁殖、凋亡等变化过程,。可广泛应用于细胞分子生物学、病毒分子生物学、纳米材料学、纳米加工等领域。

Nonlinear Optical Single-molecular Image Technique
Abstract:We invented a method to get the molecular image through nonlinear optical magnification. Our experiment has demonstrated that this methods can get not only the image of big molecular but also small molecular. These photos proved that our proposed principle to get structure information of a molecular is practical. The resolution of the image can be in 1-5nm. It can be used to observe the molecular structure of cell and get real-time molecular images of live-cell and can count molecular numbers in solution.
