基于PANI/PdO复合薄膜的压电甲烷传感器

摘要:研究了一种新型的基于压电原理的化学传感器,用于检测煤矿中甲烷气体的浓度。室温下,运用化学氧化聚合法和层层自组装法制备了对甲烷气体比较敏感的PANI/PdO复合薄膜,该敏感薄膜生成在压电化学传感器(PCS)的金电极上,利用薄膜的吸附改变晶振频率从而检测出甲烷气体的含量。实验表明,该传感器对甲烷的灵敏度很高,并且在0~2%的浓度范围内,传感器的响应近似为线性。同时,探讨了温度和湿度对传感器的影响,采取了一定的措施避免该因素的影响。

A piezoelectric methane sensor based on PANI/PdO conposite thin films
Abstract:A new sensor, based on the principle of piezoelectricity, is developed for the detection of CH4 in coal mines. At room tenperature, the polyaniline/PdO composite was synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization of aniline with PdO nanoparticles, then deposite polyaniline/PdO thin films which is sensitive to methane gas on the golden electrode through layer-by-layer self-assembly method. It accomplishes the detection of CH4 by the absorption of CH4 which can change the oscillation frequency of the piezoelectric crystal. The experimental results show that the sensitivity of the sensor to methane gas is high. And the output of the sensor has a approximate linear relationship with the concentration of CH4 between 0 and 2%. We also study the temperature and humidity influence on the sensor and take measuers to avoid the factors.
