杂化二氧化硅溶胶的制备及其疏水性能研究

摘要:以廉价硅酸钠为硅源,十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为修饰剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备杂化二氧化硅溶胶,并采用浸渍提拉法制备具有一定疏水性质的疏水纸张。用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、静态接触角(CA)等测试手段对样品进行表征分析。结果表明该方法成功的制备了杂化二氧化硅溶胶胶粒大小在40nm左右,经过杂化溶胶处理后的纸张水滴在表面静态接触角达到140 ,具有良好的疏水性能且具有良好的透明性

The Preparation And Hydrophobicity Study of Hybrid Silica Sol
Abstract:This work presented describes the room temperature synthesis of transparent and hydrophobic silica coatings using sodium silicate as a precursor and dodecafluoroheptyl-propyl-trimethoxysilane as a surface modifying agent by sol-gel method via dip coating technique to get hydrophobic paper. SEM, FT-IR and static contact angle (CA) were used to characterize the product. The results show that the colloidal particle is sphere, and the diameter is around 40 nm .The treated paper is hydrophobic and the CA is 140 , and show excellent transparency.
