导师与研究生之间互动交流的调查分析

摘要:导师与研究生之间的交流互动是研究生培养质量的关键影响因素,本研究围绕当前师生互动交流的频率、方式、内容、载体、效果及影响因素等对全国27所高校展开问卷调查。数据统计分析表明:研究生培养目前多以单个师徒指导交流为主,导师组与多导师制具有较高的认可度和期望度;科研课题是互动交流的主要载体,导师通过指导参与科研等方式在治学、能力、修养、职业理想、人生观方面熏陶培养研究生;师生之间互动交流的形式手段多样但偏好不同;大多数师生都能从当前的交流模式中受益,师生互动交流的总体满意度较高,但部分导师因行政事务等挤占导致与研究生互动交流上有心无力,少部分研究生希望导师能在就业与职业发展等方面提供更多指导帮助的倾向需引起重视。影响目前师生互动交流实效的主要因素有:学科专业、指导风格、投入精力、课题经费、交流频率、交流方式等。针对性的提出了改善师生互动交流模式与途径,调整研究生培养的评价指标体系,建设有效的互动交流激励机制等建议。

Investigation Analysis on Interactions between Tutors and Graduate Students
Abstract:Interactions between tutors and graduate students is the key factor influencing the quality of graduate education. This study investigates the teacher-student interactions in current frequency , methods, content, carrier, and influencing factors with questionnaire in 27 universities. Statistical analysis showed that one to one tutoring is primary in training graduate students. And tutorial groups and multiple tutors gain a high degree of recognition and expectation. As major carriers of interactions, tutors can train graduate students on scholarship, ability, virtus, professional ideals and philosophy through such means as scientific-research projects. There are various forms and different types of preference of the teacher-student interactions: most tutors and graduate students can benefit from current communication patterns and get higher overall satisfaction. But some tutors feel their ability falls short of wishes when communicate with students, because they must spend more time and energy on administrative affairs.
