毛细管X射线光学器件

摘要:毛细管x射线光学器件作为一种新兴的x射线光学元件,是在近二十几年发展起来的。在这期间,毛细管x射线光学器件发展迅速,它可以应用于实验室光源,也可以用于同步辐射光源,在x射线领域已经占据重要的地位。它利用的是毛细管内壁的外全反射原理,实现对x射线的会聚,传导和准直,可以得到较高强度的x射线。本文就是介绍这种光学元件的原理、应用以及其发展前景,并对x光透镜的发展提出几点总结。

Capillary X-ray Optics
Abstract:As a new thing, capillary x-ray optics was born more than 20 years ago and has rapidly developed. Being used in laboratory source and synchrotron radiation source, it plays an extremely important role in x-ray field. It can be used as focusing, conducting and collimating x-ray based on total external reflection from the inner surface of a glass capillary. The principle, application and future of capillary x-ray optics are presented in this paper.
